HOW TO TURN YOUR PASSION INTO A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS

HOW TO TURN YOUR PASSION INTO A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS
Do you know turning your passion into a successful business not only allows you to be profitable while doing something you love; it helps set you up for lasting success. Most importantly, passion is central to making decisions that are in your long-term interest, your customer and your business or career, which will help you establish sustainability and longevity for your brand or career.
At Super Star No1 Academy we guide you through five steps to turn your passion into a successful business;
Step 1: We help you discover your passion through our passion test and talent coaching programme
Step 2: We guide you in finding the fault lines surrounding your passion
We help you look for the holes or things that could be done better within the selected industry of your passion. From there, we think about how you can create something sustainable. For example Bridge EDU came about because Moore had a passion for students who couldn't make it through their freshman year of college. He identified the three main problem areas these people faced-financial aid, academics and a social life-and looked at what solutions already existed and how they could be improved upon. From there, it was just a matter of creating a strong business plan
Step 3: We ensure you practice your passion for 10,000 hours.
We provide an environment where you can build your skills gradually over time via our vocational skills, life skills, talent coaching, business skills, vocals, music, creative arts, instrument, and performing arts classes. We took Malcolm Gladwell’s advices: Practice your passion for 10,000 hours to become a master, and request feedback from mentors to ensure you’re doing it right.
Step 4: We are creative with money.
A start up today has more options for financing than just big investors, bank loans or venture capital. First, we help you develop a strategic marketing plan that details exactly how much you need to get started. Then, we help you use social media marketing strategies to sell your brand before it comes to fruition. Secondly we organize Skill Trade Exhibition where our students can make start up funds.
Step 5: We ensure you Start today, not tomorrow.
As the old adage says, life is a journey, not a destination: Realize that success will not come instantly. Those 10,000 hours will take a while to accumulate, so you must start focusing on your passion project now. By defining what’s working (and what’s not), you'll turn your dream project into a business model you can expand on for profitable results.
YOUR PASSION PROJECT CAN BECOME A REALITY!!!

PASSION VERSUS SKILL: WHICH SHOULD COME FIRST?

What is your take on this?

Passion versus Skill: which should come first?

Steve Job Apple co- founder believed that  we needed to pursue our passion and never settle, he believed apple was a company built on passion. and passion is the key to satisfaction.

In the book titled " So good they cant ignore you" Cal Newport, Ph.D from George town university claims that following ones passion might very well be a terrible advice.

So what is your take on this?

DO YOU KNOW THIS?

Every child born into the world absorbs the rudiments of music about him, just as his first utterances are in the language of his people. He learns to communicate in songs as well as in speech, in gesture, signals and bodily movements of various kinds.
At Super Star No.1 Academy, we value music and creative arts as a tool that keeps children engaged, helps develop well rounded individuals and encourage skills that are vital for success in the 21st Century.
Engaging in musical and creative art activities involve the whole child. The child's desire for language, the body's urge to move, the brain's attention to patterns, the ear's lead in initiating communication, the voice's response to sounds, as well as the eye-hand coordination associated with playing musical instruments. All these are key to a child’s cognitive and mental development.

In learning music and creative art, it is also important to start early. It has been observed that almost all successful and renowned music artists in both history and contemporary times began their journey in music early in life. A good example is Mozart who began exploring his musical composition creativity at age five.

Among the many benefits of learning music and creative art, some of which will interest you include:
